Barry Battles is a writer/director who made a remarkable impact with his debut script, “THE BAYTOWN DISCO,” earning a coveted spot on Franklin Leonard's Hollywood Black List. After developing the project with Producer Robert Teitel, Lleju Productions came aboard to finance the film with Battles directing, attracting an all-star cast, including Billy Bob Thornton, Eva Longoria, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Travis Fimmel, Andre Braugher, Zoe Bell, Michael Rapaport and Paul Wesly.

Battles also directed the stand-alone film for the “Far Cry” video game series; “Far Cry 5: Inside Eden’s Gate,” produced by UBISOFT.

Most recently he co-wrote the feature film adaptation for the cult-classic video game SPACE CHANNEL 5 for SEGA and Producer Erik Feig, alongside his writing partner Nir Paniry.
